Our pork lard is rendered from free range pork, free from antibiotics and growth stimulants. It is a good fat for frying, baking, sautéing and roasting.
Pork lard is the second richest dietary source of vitamin D along with cod liver oil and also contains nutrients that are very beneficial to good health, such as vitamin B complex, vitamin C and oleic acid.
Solid at room temperature, tallow can be stored on the shelf for up to 3 months and refrigerated for up to a year.
