Returns
We do accept returns on defective or damaged products. Please get in touch at info@tjopshop.com if you have have had any issues with any of our products.
Damages / Incorrect product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve.
Refunds
Should you receive the wrong or a damaged item and we are not able to replace it, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
