Our beef tallow is rendered from grass fed beef suet, free from antibiotics and growth stimulants.
Because of it's high smoke point of 220ºC, it’s a good fat for frying, baking, sautéing and roasting.
When melted, tallow is a clear oil, packed with heart-healthy oleic acid and nutrients such as Vitamins A, D, K, E and B12. In addition, tallow can promote radiant skin and support a healthy metabolism due to a rich content of CLA.
Solid at room temperature, tallow can be stored on the shelf for up to 3 months and refrigerated for up to a year.
