Grass fed and dry aged, our free range beef by BILAMI ARTISAN MEATS is from the Swartland, where they are raised in pastures and never receive any growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
After the beef is aged appropriately, it is cut, vacuum packed and immediately frozen. As with all our products we truly believe in this method of preserving the taste, flavour and freshness of our meats.
