Our free range karoo lamb shanks are perfectly cut for your traditional braised lamb shank dishes. This pack includes 2 whole shanks.
Being both farmer and butcher, we select only the best, guaranteeing quality and consistency. Our lamb is certified free range karoo lamb and never receive any growth hormones or routine antibiotics.
Our lamb is vacuum packed and immediately frozen. As with all our products we truly believe in this method of preserving the taste, flavour and freshness of our meats.
